Jessica Steen

 

Jessica Steen, a Canadian actress, is known for her role in Captain Power, the Soldiers of the Future and Homefront, Earth 2 and Armageddon. She also appeared in Left Behind: World at War as well as NCIS Flashpoint.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto (Ontario) to Joanna Noyes, an actor, and Jan Steen who is a director and actor. She is of Dutch, Scottish and Irish origin.



 



 Aside from her entertainment career, Steen is an environmentalist and animal rights activist. Steen is a strong supporter of David Suzuki, the World Society for the Protection of Animals and the Western Canadian Wilderness Committee, among others. She is a certified diver who is proficient in several circus arts like fire-twirling, stilt-walking , and fire-twirling.

She is an American television presenter actress, producer, and presenter.    Childhood and early life  Paffrath was born in St. Louis on July 22, 1983 , to Mark Paffrath and Mary Paffrath. Paffrath is the middle child of a family of seven. Her father, Herman Paffrath was also an actor. Her family often present newscasts and plays at family gatherings as a way to entertain her growing as a child. Her mother enrolled her into ballet, tap , and jazz class when she was just 3 years old.  Paffrath completed her studies in Journalism at the Missouri School of Journalism.
